Music:  All music starts at 7pm.  The 6th, the 13th and the 20th are free, but we will pass the hat.  The CFMS Coffee House requires a $5.00 admission fee.

Sat., September 6th, Dave Hawkins.  This Cincinnati guitarist is very kind to return to Areopagitica Books for a repeat performance.  If you missed it before, be sure to be here this time, because this singer / songwriter is a lot of fun and gives an energized and spirited performance.

Sat., September 13th, Bell Acoustic.  Greg and Jeff Bell play guitar and other instruments, accompanied by Lily Gelineneau on the violin.  These folks are truly wonderful.  They do a mean “Ashokan Farwell,” which was the theme song of Ken Burn's film, The Civil War.

Sat, September 20th Wild Hares with John and Janet Schomburg , Joe Cook and Leslie Lippert.  John is determined to bring his trombone, so it should be fun.  John Schomburg has also promised “more banjos than you can shake a stick at.”  Bring your best banjo jokes, because you will love the music anyway.

Sat., September 27th, CMFS Coffee House.  After the jam session the well-known group, Grassahol, will charm us with their popular blue-grass music.  Come early to get a good seat.

Poetry:  Poetry is free but we will pass the hat.
